The once-abandoned house will now be home to several community-based programs, including counseling, mentoring and tutoring services, programs to feed and clothe the community, disaster preparedness, a high school equivalency center, a community-forum television studio and a community garden and park. It also houses 10,000 Fearless' Chattanooga headquarters.
Festivities include food, faith and family activities and live entertainment.
