Work Learn Earn: Career Exploration for Tennessee - Chattanooga

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, in
partnership with Complete Tennessee, Tennessee Board of Regents, the
Tennessee Higher Education Commission, and the Council for Adult and
Experiential Learning (CAEL), has supported the creation of a highly
interactive online career exploration solution. This visually-engaging
and information-packed career resource provides guidance for job
seekers, students, career counselors, and incumbent workers. The
solution explains the in-demand industries across Tennessee, showcases
in-depth information about jobs, career paths, education & training
options and more.
This training will prepare our partner education providers,
community-based organizations, and employers to use the solution
effectively and integrate it into daily operations in a relevant way. In
this training we will:

Explore the solution, its features, and functionality

Practice the process of using the solution with students and job seekers

Review and deploy training and marketing resources
-
Discuss between employers, training, & education partners work ready candidates and the role the solution plays

Plan for how to measure success
