HCSO Homeschool Read Across America Event

Join Sheriff Jim Hammond and members of the HCSO as they read and celebrate the importance of literacy. This free event is open to all area homeschool and non-school aged children accompanied by an adult.
In addition to being read to by HCSO personnel, children will enjoy a K-9 demonstration, touch-a-truck exhibit, and receive a free HCSO coloring book, junior deputy badge, and crayons.
Snacks will be provided by the Signal Mountain Walmart and each child will receive a free children’s book courtesy of the Hamilton County Read 20 Bookmobile.
