NPS Trail Workday - Cravens House Trail on Lookout Mountain
- What? Volunteer Trail Work Day! Primary goal is to remove invasive plant species encroaching on the trail corridor.
- Where? Cravens House Parking Lot at the Lookout Mountain Battlefield. If you plan to come with a group, please carpool as parking will be limited.
- When? Saturday, November 28 from 1 pm to 4 pm. Please note this is an afternoon project! If the weather is rainy or otherwise poor, I will let you know and the project will be rescheduled for another weekend.
- What else do I need to know? Please wear sturdy, close-toed shoes, long pants, and weather appropriate clothing. Necessary tools will be provided by the NPS. Please bring gloves, but if you do not have gloves, the NPS can provide some for you. Bring plenty of water.
