Bob Raines, executive director of the Tennessee Entertainment Commission, will be available to answer questions from filmmakers—whether local, state or from around the country—about opportunities and incentives to film in Tennessee. Among his many duties, Raines administers the state’s film and TV incentive program; negotiates film, television and music projects; and markets the unique aspects of doing business in Tennessee to companies throughout the country and around the world
