Faith-Based Health & Wellness Council - Info Meeting

Southeast Tennessee Health Consortium (SETHC), sponsor of the Annual
Minority Health Fair, is partnering with Cempa Community Care to
establish a Faith-based Health & Wellness Council. This is an
informational meeting to invite churches to be a part of this Health
& Wellness Council. The purpose of this H&W Council is to:
1. Share ideas regarding Health & Wellness Ministry
2. Share ”best practices”
3. Educate members on health disparities in our community
4. Develop community initiatives/programs to address health disparities
5. Organize and plan a H&W Symposium in 2019
All churches are invited to attend. Brunch will be served. Please
include name of your church in ( ) after your last name when you
register - for example: Ramsey (New Covenant Fellowship).
