Bluebirds and their Habitat by Carlton Mathes Master Gardener

us Saturday, July 21 at 9:30 am to hear all about bluebirds and their
habitat! Mr. Carlton Mathes will be here talking about how to attract,
feed, and provide great habitats for these beautiful little birds.
Bluebirds are native to Tennessee and are even on some of our license
plates! Bluebirds are year long residents of our beautiful state and
city. They are Blue with a red breast. Bluebirds have a very distinct
voice and call that alerts you to their presence. They eat insects so
they are very beneficial to us.
