BlueCare Tennessee will partner with Chattanooga are church leaders to host a Faith, Fitness and Family Health Fair
at East Side Elementary School
The event, which is free and open to the public, offers a variety of health education and screenings. Blood pressure and body mass index screenings will be available to everyone and attendees must bring their insurnace ID card for well-child checkups or breast cancer screenings.
In addition to health and wellness offerings, the family-friendly event will include a game truck and other activities for children. Free lunch, backpacks and school supplies will be available for the first 250 attendees. Those who attend can also register for drawings for BEATS headphones.
