Join thousands of your Chattanooga neighbors for an afternoon of parades, live music, dancing, food, face painting, mural painting and Halloween fun. Five block parties from Main Street to Glass Street.
Come by bike, foot, pogo stick, in-line skate, or broom. Four miles of lanes and streets will be closed for your safety. Free CARTA shuttles available along the route.
Starts at Stove Works (Holtzclaw Ave & 14th St) and proceeds through four neighborhoods to Glass Street (intersection of Glass Street & Dodson Ave).

A rolling street party through east Chattanooga, the City Celebration & Ciclovia will partially close roads to vehicular traffic along a 4-mile route that will connect a series of 5 neighborhood block parties along the way. Dress up in your Halloween costume, leave your car behind, and come celebrate the wonderful diversity of our community in a fun, unique & energizing way! Sunday afternoon, October 29th!

The route for the City Celebration will begin with the Pride Parade at 11:30 and then visit 5 different block parties in east Chattanooga.
