Children's Hospital Hosts Family Fair
T.C. Thompson Children’s Hospital at Erlanger, along with numerous community organizations and businesses, will present Children’s Hospital at Erlanger Family Fair on Saturday, September 20 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. in the green space in front of Blue Plate Restaurant on Riverfront Parkway.
Children of all ages, families and friends are welcome to attend the free event to receive valuable information on health and safety and enjoy fun activities such as games, pumpkin decorating, face painting and meeting Star Wars characters.
Children will also have the opportunity, weather and flight permitting, to see a LIFE FORCE air medical helicopter up close and register for a chance to win a bike from Toys ”R” Us.
Children’s Hospital at Erlanger medical specialists from general pediatrics, neonatal intensive care, cardiology, nephrology, endocrinology, surgery, respiratory care and intensive care will be on hand to speak to families about various health topics. Some of the presenting topics include know your nose, childhood obesity, safe sleep and infant CPR.
