Mardi Gras in West Village
Eighth Street in downtown West Village. Family oriented street party with beads, masks, gold doubloons, stilt-walkers, balloons and 8:30 p.m laser light show. West village restaurants will have Cajun-inspired food for sale. Music by Chattanooga Parking Authority. Party is free, parking is $5 in CitiPark garage, 5 - 9 p.m. Saturday, February 23.
