Cuteness overload ahead:  puppies in costumes, Chattanooga Brewing is partnering with the Humane Educational Society for an afternoon brunch menu of handhelds and beermosas. There will be prizes for the top three puppy costumes, and guests are asked to bring old blankets and towels for donation to HES.
