American Vegan Cooking Class, Sunday, April 8, 2018

Once again, we are presenting some of the finest vegan cooking in a class coming up a week from this Sunday (April 8) from 3-5pm. We will have food demonstrations, recipes, a lecture, and of course plenty of free samples,
Society continues to be stressed by poor lifestyle choices. There is something better in terms of the food we eat. The food we plan to share with you is good and good for you.   The theme of this class is American Vegan. 
It's free and there's plenty of free parking. We're on the corner of 42nd and St Elmo Avenue.  Enter on the side door.
