We got a couple boxes of Power O's Cereal.
It's a Healthy cereal made from beans and rice -- Yes, Beans and rice.
Not only do my Little One enjoy this cereal, they Ask for more. Yeah!
The ingredients are pretty simple:
Bean blend (navy beans, lentils, garbanzo beans),
brown rice,
dried cane syrup,
organic honey,
natural honey flavor,
sunflower oil,
salt,
vitamin E (mixed tocopherois) added to maintain freshness
-- I can pronounce almost ALL of the ingredients. Wahoo!
Of course the Chocolate flavor was finished off first (they love chocolate, what can I say, they take after their mom), but the Honey flavor is still something the kids enjoy. Thank you, Love Grown Foods for making a product that the kids enjoy And that is healthy for them.
