Let’s have a Chili Bar St. Elmo!
It’s time for the St. Elmo Annual Chili Con CAHSE-O Cook-off! Please join us Monday, Nov. 4th at 6:30pm at the South Chattanooga Recreation Center (1150 West 40th Street).
We are hosting this Fun Pot-Luck Event to honor our police, firemen & EMTs here in St. Elmo!!
Note*This is in lieu of our regular monthly CAHSE Neighborhood Meeting.
Please sign up to bring any of the following: Chili, breads, crackers, fritos-who luvs Chili-Pies!, salads, desserts, and drinks. Basically, any condiments you love with Chili! Also, we’ll need disposable bowls, napkins, spoons, and forks. (Please bring enough for about 8 people) We want to make sure there’s enough for everyone!
We will be judging the chili again this year, so if you're a chili connoisseur, be sure to sign-up!
Thanks to Vaughan Greene, she is trying to encourage us all to be a little more “Green” and I know many of us agree! So we would like to encourage everyone who can do so, please bring your own, favorite (non-disposable) bowl, plate, cup and utensils. Not only is this more ecological BUT will save us all money too! Plus, you get a chance to show off some of your favorite dishes!
