Reduce your stress and find balance with auricular acupuncture and guided meditation in a quiet, healing environment. After placing needles, Lisa will lead the group in focusing their concentration on breathing and visualization in order to increase awareness of the present moment, reduce stress, promote relaxation, and enhance personal and spiritual growth.

6:00-8:30 Open House with Free Herbal Tea

Meet Lisa Michele, tour the clinic, try some herbal tea, and get a free chair massage!

7:00-7:30 Introduction to Oriental Medicine

Learn about the science and history behind oriental medicine, and how it can help you!

7:30-8:00 Introduction to Acupuncture and Body Work w/Demonstration

Lisa Michele will replace myth with science during this talk and live demonstration!

8:00-8:30 Introduction to Chinese Food Energetics with sample tasting

Learn how the Chinese have used diet as medicine for thousands of years and sample some healthy food alternatives!

8:30-9:00 Community-style Acupuncture Treatments

For this free, seated treatment Lisa Michele will apply needles in the ears, hands and feet while relaxing the group in a soothing environment. This a great way to introduce yourself to acupuncture if you have never tried it before!
