Heller addresses history group
Historian J. Roderick Heller III will discuss the topic of his latest book, "Democracy's Lawyer; Felix Grundy of the Old Southwest," in a talk presented by the Chattanooga Area Historical Association at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Brainerd United Methodist Church, 4315 Brainerd Road.
