Armed Forces Day Parade

Presented by the Chattanooga Area Veterans Council and Hamilton County, Chattanooga’s Armed Forces Day Parade is the longest-running celebration of its kind in the nation. Held annually on the first Friday in May with free admission, the parade travels up Market Street in a procession featuring JROTC units, military vehicles, bands and patriotic businesses and organizations.
