Here are free shred dates coming up across town. These purpose of these events is to cut down on identity theft.
The first one is in Red Bank this Saturday.
Hamilton Co. Sheriff's Office to host Shred-It event on April 6
The event will take place at the HCSO West Annex, which is located at 6233 Dayton Boulevard.
If you have documents you need to shred, then you're in luck.
The
Hamilton County Sheriff's Office will host its first bi-annual Shred-It
event of the year on Saturday, April 6 at the HCSO West Annex, which is
located at 6233 Dayton Boulevard.
The event will begin at 9:00 am and last until 1:00 pm.
"Make sure to bring any sensitive documents you may have to be shredded," an HCSO spokesperson said.
There will also be a drug take-back, so check your medicine cabinets for unnecessary and expired medications as well.
Everyone who stops by will also be invited to enjoy Coffee with a Deputy
after they drop off their items, the spokesperson added.
