In honor of the Good Friday holiday, the Chattanooga Parking Authority is offering free parking downtown Friday (But remember; Parking in an unlawful aread or manner - buss or loading zones, yellow curb, no parking, handicap space, Fort Wood area, etc. -- is enforceable at all times according to a news release.
