The popular, family-friendly street party in West Village takes on a Halloween theme with trick-or-treating, games for the kids and cocktails for mom and dad. The Cosmic Collective and Dr. B and the Ease will play. A new Halloween-themed laser show swill be presented at 8 p.m.
