Rapper, soul singer Seaux Chill closes Levitt Amp concert series
Chattanooga's Levitt Amp Concert Series wraps up Thursday, October 25, with a performance by Nabil "Seaux Chill" Ince at the Bessie Smith Cultural Center, 200 E. M.L.
