Front Runner offers free running Camp

Chattanooga residents of all ages and running abilities are invited to sweat with Front Runner Athletics at the local running store's 6th annual Summer Running Camp. The camp is designed to introduce runners to new ways of building stamina and speed through drills and brief lectures. Camp will be held at 6 p.m July 12, 16, 19, 23, and 26 at Baylor School's soccer fields in Thursdays and at Greenway Farm in Hixson on Mondays.
The camp is free to participants and no special equipment is necessary. All registered participants receive a free T-shirt on the last day of camp.
