A "Holiday Happening" will take place from 4-6 p.m. at the East Chattanooga Academy of Art and Social Justice to raise scholarship money for future members of the Holmberg Arts Leadership Institute Members. Art, Music, Dance, and a silent auction featuring art work by local Chattanooga artists.
