annual Beat Hunger concert
to benefit the Community Kitchen.
It's always entertaining and informative.
The UTC Percussion Ensemble has some amazing student musicians playing music you're not likely to hear anywhere else.
The annual Beat Hunger concert is Monday, November 23 at 7:30 p.m., in the Roland Hayes Concert
Hall (UTC Fine Arts Center, on the corner of Vine and Palmetto Streets in downtown Chattanooga). You've heard the hype, so come see for yourself! Produced by the UTC Percussion Ensemble and directed by Dr. Monte Coulter, the concert benefits the Chattanooga Community Kitchen.

Admission to the concert has become a tradition, as well: 2
non-perishable food items, OR a two-dollar check to the Community
Kitchen.
Chattanooga's own street drumming group, "Funkabuckets", will be
performing in the Fine Arts Center lobby before the concert. If you
missed them last year, don't! Funkabuckets are developing quite a name
for themselves ” during the summer they appeared at the Chattanooga
Symphony Orchestra's premier fundraiser, the Uncorked night at Coolidge
Park, and they were a huge hit!
