RiverRocks is one of the most anticipated events of the year
for outdoor enthusiasts. This 10-day festival attracts some of the
nation’s top athletes who compete in what has become the region’s
premiere adventure sports competition. The RiverRocks Adventure Games
features a wide range of competitive outdoor events like rock climbing,
long-distance swimming, trail running, rowing, mountain biking and
stand-up paddleboard racing – and several other adventure sports games
for athletes and spectators of all ages. Other key events include a
grand opening ceremony, Over the Edge and the 3 Sisters Bluegrass
Festival.
