The November meeting of the Community Association of Historic St. Elmo will be Monday, November 5th, 7:00 pm at the old firehall, 4501 St. Elmo Ave.

The November meeting of the Community Association of Historic St. Elmo will be Monday, November 5th, 7:00 pm at the old firehall, 4501 St. Elmo Ave. Debbie Sue Przybysz will share her plan to build an affordable Small rental home on W56 using a grant offered by the City of Chattanooga Department of Economic and Community Development (ECD). The ECD is seeking partners to assist in increasing the supply of decent and affordable housing for city residents. Joining us from Nashville will be Becky Carter of Rebuilding Together. She'll talk about what it takes to start a chapter here in St. Elmo.
