Egg and Milk Prices

What is up with price of eggs and milk?  

I was at the Fort O Bi-lo and a dozen eggs was $1.99.  What?!?  That seems Ridiculous to me. 

Aldi was still $1.59.  Oh, the days of  less than a dollar a dozen ....
