Live Nativity in St Elmo!! Saturday, December 13, 2014

    The Shrum/Smoker Christmas present to the neighborhood will be presented on December13, 2014 from
    6:30-7:30 or so. Our family and friends will be in full costume and with LIVE animals to help us portray the
    Night of our Savior's birth. Many of you have come by our homes at 4700 and 4704 Tennessee Avenue in the past to celebrate this family tradition with us and we hope you will again. Children are welcome and will most likely be thrilled to see Santa as he gives out candy and smiles.
    Please be safe by parking and walking to the sidewalk or walking from your home to ours as we live in a curve that can be quite dangerous if not taken with caution.

Tennessee Avenue and Broad Street Road Closures, Saturday, December 13, 2014

I wanted to advise of road closures this Saturday, Dec 13 for the Christmas Tail 5k, kiddie k, and mutt strut benefitting the humane society. The times of this closure will be roughly from 8:00am-11:00am.
St Elmo Ave (where it intersects Tenn Ave at 1885) down to Broad St will be closed to all through traffic. From that point on Broad St….all they way up to 28th St (Racetrac Gas Station) - the right lane of the northbound side will be closed off.

First Presbyterian Church Christmas Concert

First Presbyterian Church of Chattanooga Adult Choir, Soloists and Tabernacle Praise Orchestra will present “Christ in Us, The Hope Glory” Christmas Concert on Saturday, December 6 at 4:00 pm and Sunday, December 7 at 6:30 pm in the church sanctuary. The Concerts are free and open to the public. Only Sunday’s concert requires a free ticket to attend. Nursery for infants to 3 years of age will be available for both concerts.
